Serve as a cross-functional quality leader partnering with manufacturing, technical operations, regulatory affairs, and supply chain teams to support rapid clinical-to-commercial scale-up.Provide strategic oversight of Quality Assurance operations, including aseptic manufacturing and packaging compliance, deviation management, investigations, CAPA programs, and controlled documentation systems. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen Right First Time (RFT) performance, data integrity, and system robustness in a highly regulated nuclear pharmaceutical environment.Manage and develop QA teams while overseeing departmental resource planning, budgeting, and performance management.
