Hello fellow LinkedIn users & welcome to my page. My name is Brandon Archer and I am a Mulatto (Black & Portuguese; family is from Trinidad & Tobago) New Yorker (born and raised) who works as a Registered Nurse within the Home/Community Health division of Nursing. I have my BSN and MSN(Public Health) degrees. I started working as a RN in 2013 as I worked as a field RN with various LHCSA agencies in the New York City area. In 2015, I got a job as an Intake RN with the Visiting Nurse Service of New York (now VNS Health) where I worked full time until 2018. After my mothers\' passing in 2018, I worked per diem with VNSNY until 2020 when I left due to the COVID 19 pandemic situation. After leaving VNSNY, I worked as an Intake RN with other CHHA agencies in NYC and I still work per diem with one of them(CenterLight CHHA). As of 2025, I work as a RN Instructor for Home Health Aides (per diem with BestCare, HumanCare & Global School of Health and full time with Premier Home HealthCare).When I am not working, I enjoy traveling, reading, exploring NYC, rooting for my NYC sports teams(Nets, Mets & Giants) and just enjoying life to the fullest. Being raised Roman Catholic, I try to grow daily on a spiritual level by trying to be the best human being that I can be, correcting my transgressions, being helpful, respectful and kind to all those that I encounter and being grateful for the gift of life as working in healthcare opens your eyes to how fragile life really is. I look forward to connecting with other Nurses and Health Professionals here on LinkedIn (Doctors, Social Workers, etc) and any other professionals that just want to say hello.
