About Brandon Yashouafar
I first began my property management career while attending The Ohio State University. Simultaneously pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree from the Fisher College of Business, I took on the role of a full-time Community Manager at The View on High, where I independently conducted all of the day-to-day operations, as well as carried out full leasing responsibilities. Upon my return to California amid the height of the pandemic, I actively pursued opportunities in leasing and property management, and quickly became a part of RedPointe Realty Solutions as an In-House Commercial Leasing Agent. In this position, I played a key role in market analysis, and successfully secured retail tenants for various commercial projects. Despite finding satisfaction in leasing commercial deals, my shift back to residential real estate was fueled by a preference for more direct interactions with prospective tenants, ultimately leading me to join Greystar’s on-site management team. Throughout my time at Greystar, I have overseen leasing and management responsibilities of 18 buildings, consisting of 898 apartments, and 30 retail spaces.
