ABOUT BRANDON YARUSI
Brandon Michael Yarusi holds a Master of Business Management from Wake Forest University as well as a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University. In undergrad, Brandon was an all-conference division 1 baseball player at Wofford College where he received a Bachelor of the Arts in Government and a minor in Finance. Brandon is currently employed by Collier Enterprises in Naples, FL. Collier Enterprises is a real estate development & investment company established in 1976 under the leadership of real estate tycoon Miles C. Collier. Miles is the grandson of the marketing magnate Barron Gift Collier, who purchased just under 1.5 million acres of prime real estate assets in SW FL in the early 20th Century. Collier Enterprises maintains lines of business in the oil, citrus, livestock, mineral, aviation, automobile, and private wealth industries. Together with Barron Collier Companies, Collier Enterprises is one of the largest privately held landowning and mineral companies, still managing over a million acres today. In October of 2022, Collier Enterprises joined the Tarpon Blue Family of Companies, which owns and operates a variety of entities that focus on the acquisition and management of agricultural, development and natural resource assets across the nation. Like Collier Enterprises, Tarpon Blue has a strong business and real estate pedigree. Tarpon Blue\'s partners have notably served in significant leadership capacities, including CEO of King Ranch in Texas, CEO of Consolidated Citrus, COO of Alico (NASDAQ ALCO), and President of S&C Cattle and Land Services, that engineered and led the sale of the Babcock Ranch in Florida. Their partners also currently serve on numerous boards for many prominent civic and non-profit corporations. Prior to working at Collier Enterprises, Brandon worked for OMNI NY LLC. OMNI was founded in 2004 by Maurice ‘Mo’ Vaughn, who is an All-Star & MVP ex-Major League Baseball player. The OMNI organization acquires, rehabilitates, builds and manages quality affordable housing throughout the United States. While Brandon worked for OMNI, the New York Housing Conference awarded the organization the prestigious “2017 Developer of the Year Award”.
