ABOUT BRANDON VOEGE

As a Regional Director for CSL Plasma I\'m equipped with industry experience, knowledge and skills that ensure the delivery of superior results throughout my region and the organization. My career path with CSL Plasma has been, Center Management (Manager Trainee, Assistant Manager, and Center Manager) Regional Quality Manager (ASQ-CQIA certified), Associate Director Of Operations and Quality, and currently Regional Director. Currently at a high level- my objectives include but are not limited to ensuring cost, collections, and compliance of roughly 25 plasma centers. My team and I work to deliver a safe, high quality raw product to our manufacturers, who will then provide life saving therapies to people around the world. My regional oversight includes our businesses in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Prior to that, I spent 2 years opening 30 + new centers with CSL Plasma. While opening new plasma centers, we successfully completed regulatory inspections, hired, retained, and developed future talent, and together with the help of dedicated CSL professionals grew these new businesses to the successful centers they are today! I\'m also an active mentor to current and future CSL Plasma leaders. Not only am I\'m proud to work for an amazing organization, with amazing people, that help save and improve lives everyday for the past 12 years, but I\'m a proud father to two amazing kids!
