As a USMC veteran who led critical logistics and supply chain operations - earning multiple Commendation Medals while optimizing resources under demanding conditions - I\'ve always thrived in turning chaos into clarity.As a \'plank owner\' for establishing logistics in three startup-like units within military bureaucracy (II MHG (FWD), 9th MCD HQ, and MARFORJ), I built foundations from scratch, much like launching ventures in high-stakes environments. After my service, I applied these skills at Amazon over seven years, serving as a Pathways Operations Manager at a legacy cross dock and launching a newer generation cross dock amid fast-paced demands - saving an estimated $45M through implementing Lean principles and mentoring hundreds of managers along the way.Starting college at 16 the year I moved out on my own, I built a unique foundation across multiple institutions-culminating in an MBA (highest honors) from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
