About Brandon Sucher
I grew up loving sports statistics and enjoyed learning about the growing use of analytics in the sports industry. I arrived to college with the intention to study statistics and get into sports analytics. Near the end of my undergraduate degree, I became fascinated by statistical applications in the health and medicine industry. I decided to pursue a Master’s degree in Biostatistics and studied at Duke University where I graduated in Spring 2023.I love pulling insights out of data that are difficult to find at first glance. In my current role, I have produced interactive applications using R Shiny that helps users dive deeper into clinical data and answer their burning questions. Package development has also become a new passion in trying to standardize data analyses and visualizations.
