   In many ways we are at the end of the beginning. Having spent the last 4 years building a world class leadership team and executing at a very high level, we are now embarking on a new journey. We were recently carved out of World Fuel Services and are now owned by Private equity firm Corsair Capital. We are poised and well positioned to truly accelerate our business with our new partners. Great customers, great people and an aligned organization.What we have done so far- Building out the leadership team, which comprised hiring a RVP for Australia, a new CFO who started in October 2020, RVP for Europe, SVP of sales, CPIO, HR lead, General Counsel and an AML and Compliance VP. We have a tremendous leadership team that is very well aligned with the goals of the company- Restructuring the company to focus on the customer and product management competencies. The CPIO we hired has been instrumental in changing the culture of the engineering group and in bringing the focus on the customer- Building out the go-to-market model of the company and global sales team to support expanding the sales efforts- Identifying the 4 solution areas that MSTS is going to focus upon. These areas have the scope for growth over the long term and align well with the existing capabilities that they company has- Identifying the 4 capabilities that MSTS is going to focus on becoming world class in. These create horizontal scale underneath the vertical solutions that we offer.
