My general role here is to provide account services to customers, and process up to 6 figure transactions including but not limited to deposits, loan payments, withdrawals, recording night, mail deposits and even answering questions in person or on the telephone; refering to other bank services. While these are the primary responsibilities I make determined effort to build my sales skills by providing the 100+ customers with information as well as emotional support to venture into new promotions such as credit cards, new account options, etc. Being skilled in exceeding customer expectations as well as above par communicational skills provides me with the tools enabling me to excel in this role and provide opportunities for me to learn and prosper in higher level roles as well. My sales being second to none in my region makes me more than just a teller as my potential says more than my current job description. This position serves as a great foundation for the greatness that awaits my future!
