About Brandon Rich
From as far back as elementary school, I’ve been fascinated by sales and entrepreneurship. I was always creating something to sell - whether it was pillows stuffed with cotton from our backyard tree, tickets to haunted houses in my parents’ basement, handmade jewelry, or “concert tickets” for shows on our back deck.In school, I was a passive student whose interests revolved more around cracking jokes, dating, events and parties, and all things golf. While I could have applied myself to be an above average student, I always found it easier to use my natural street smarts, intuition, and the ability to build rapport with just about anyone.I’ve always carried a constant desire for more - not more material things, but more accomplishment, more challenges, and more growth. After a rewarding career in SaaS sales and working alongside amazing people, I decided to reinvent myself and bet on myself. During this short discovery process, I met incredible individuals across different industries. One person in particular with the biggest growth mindset I’ve ever encountered encouraged me to explore pest control. Within three months I had incorporated a business, created a brand, built a website and began to obtain licensing.In the spring of 2024, I made a small acquisition that accelerated my learning and allowed me to fold new customers into my brand. Today, I’m focused on building and scaling Trophy Pest Control and I look forward to the day when we have a team of highly intelligent and driven individuals that are 10x smarter than me, all rowing in the same direction.
