Brandon Rexroad has been dedicated to the emerging Cannabis Industry since 1996 when California permitted the production and sale of medicinal cannabis. He is responsible for building and managing RMC\'s six state-of-the-art cannabis cultivation facilities, as well as its research and development center. These facilities are utilized by RMC to create a full range of combustible and cannabis-infused products for medicinal and recreational use.Mr. Rexroad has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of residential, commercial and industrial construction and development. He was the Controller for Antera Corporation and also managed accounting operations and secured financing for all of its development projects.His major completed projects include Long Beach Town Centre, Cerritos Town Centre and Santa Catalina Island Civic Center, as well as facilities for national credit tenant clients such as Wal-Mart, Sam\'s Club, Von\'s, Ralph\'s, Food 4 Less, Kroger\'s, Safeway and many others.Mr. Rexroad is the Co-Founder of Factory Direct Garden Supply, which imports and manufactures hoods, lamps, ballast and other specialized equipment for the hydroponic gardening industry. This proven expertise in construction and hydroponics make him uniquely qualified to lead the planned expansion of RMC\'s cultivation and processing facilities in new and existing cannabis markets.Mr. Rexroad is also the creator of all RMC\'s concentrate products. He runs the production division and is directly involved in creating all the varieties of oils, edibles, topical\'s, and infused beverages.Mr. Rexroad and RMC\'s primary focus is cultivation, production, and dispensaries in Oregon, Nevada, California, Arizona, Michigan and Missouri.

   Shango produces, distributes and sells a full range of premium cannabis products, including flower, concentrates and cannabis-infused confections, baked goods and beverages. We currently own and operate several state-of-the-art cannabis cultivation facilities in Oregon, as well as two retail cannabis stores in the greater Portland area. Many Shango products are also available at select retailers throughout Oregon. Shango expanded our cultivation, processing and wholesale and retail operations rapidly throughout Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, California, Michigan and Missouri. We are committed to setting the standards for product quality, customer service, ethical business practices and education for the entire Cannabis Industry.
