Am I an expert? Far from it, but having witnessed true natural experts work their magic, I know that this is an unbelievably powerful approach to all aspects of life, and can power organizations to reach unrealized potential! I\'m always learning and striving to be what my mentors have been to me. I have a desire to help lead this type of change in organizations that believe in its power and need support to implement! Hint: top down support is essential, since the other way is like pushing a wet noodle!
