Provide direct instruction and supervision to the drill site including but not limited to the drilling contractor, the directional drillers, and all third party personnel on location• Supervise drilling in high pressure, high temperature wells utilizing a managed pressure drilling system• Effectively instilled and practiced a safety-first workplace with the drilling contractor and all third party service hands on location to achieve an impeccable safety record.• Successfully worked with Drilling Engineers to streamline, optimize, and standardize drilling procedures, practices, and techniques to cut cost and days from wells• Experience utilizing WBM system with weights up to 15.0 PPG and temperatures up to 325 F.
