Schedule appointments and personal visits with current members-Assists Chamber members in taking full advantage of their membership including participation(attendance and volunteerism) and retention in the Chamber-Assists Chamber members in developing, growing and expanding their business usingour programs activities and initiatives-Work with Marketing and Communications to ensure all retention processes are integrated andstrategic, support strategic Chamber objectives, enhance GDCC brand position, and adhere toChamber standards and effective expenditures of resources-Assist Community Investment team in developing research-based strategies for sustainingpartnerships-Assist Membership Account Executive in proactively contacting and selling renewal Chamber memberships to businesses and organizations located throughout the Greater Durham area-Assist Community Investment team in providing sales skills and expertise to the Chamber\'sstaff by building, developing, leading and managing various teams capable of carrying out the necessary and expected strategies and goals-Coordinate with marketing department on managing email content marketing schedules and programs for new members-Maintain accurate statistics and data on customer service/retention programs and efforts, for regular reporting and analysis of sales plan and associated activities and programs-Cultivate, maintain and compile extensive knowledge and data of all Chamber programs, services, initiatives and activities-Closely monitor industry trends and local issues impacting the Chamber\'s membership renewal efforts-Actively support and participate in Chamber events and programs-Work across departmental lines to ensure delivery of services to prospects and members are seamless.
