Lead customer interactions and develops sales opportunities that are identified from referrals and “leads” from Microsoft and from Microsoft ecosystem partners-Lead the creation and deployment of appropriate Microsoft M365 and Teams training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, forms, and tools to support the sales force-Support Microsoft product launches by preparing and enabling the sales force to understand and sell new solutions-Identify opportunities and effectively position AVI-SPL services for Microsoft solutions, including partner delivered services and hybrid services-Support the buying and selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through win/loss as it relates to customer experiences and life-cycle activities-Support frontline sales managers in executing effective Microsoft go to market strategies and establishing a sales coaching program where required-Manage Microsoft Customers Experience for all Microsoft M365 products as well as Teams Voice projects and coordinates Customer Experience activities for promoting adoption, expansion, and renewal throughout the Customer life-cycle-Support specialized programs such as Meeting Room Partner Program and Claiming Partner Of Record-Support all the global locations through the licensing design, quoting and buying process-Host regular meeting cadence with necessary internal AVI-SPL stakeholders to ensure alignment with internal/external needs and the overall UCC Practice strategy-Assist the UCC Practice Leads in managing and monitoring standards with Teams device design and deployment to promote innovation, quality, and consistency of experience-Provide leadership to ensure that the business outcomes, user experience and ongoing user adoption is consistently attained throughout AVI-SPL and for our customers
