About Brandon Peele

Brandon Peele is the Chief Strategy Officer and Corporate Treasurer of Radius Recycling (Nasdaq: RDUS), a North American leader in metals, automotive, and EV battery recycling. He\'s a sought after leader and collaborator, known for his creativity and ability to deliver results throughout every business stage and in every economic cycle. Brandon has continually expanded his role and responsibilities throughout his time at Radius and is currently leading the strategy function; long-range forecasting and planning; mergers and acquisitions; capital markets; and risk management. He has led numerous M&A deals and early-stage tech investments; has negotiated multiple financing arrangements in all market cycles; and has led restructuring, cost savings, and productivity improvement initiatives. He serves as Chairman of Radius’ 401(k) and Pension Plan Committees, a member of the SEC Reporting and Disclosure Committee, and an Investor Relations team member. Prior roles at Radius included oversight of the corporate tax function and a multi-year rotation in investor relations. Prior to Radius, Brandon was at Alvarez & Marsal, serving in a variety of advisory roles to clients in restructuring and/or bankruptcy, including leading many projects on the two largest bankruptcies in U.S history. He began his career at KPMG, serving clients in the financial services sector and private equity. To fill his passion for learning and supporting entrepreneurial growth, he is an investor in early-stage growth companies and the Oregon Venture Fund. In his spare time, he gives back to his community as a long-standing, youth baseball and basketball coach.
