ABOUT BRANDON PATE

It all started with a business card. As a junior at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, I was selected to attend a Finance department honors luncheon featuring two of Birmingham’s most influential financial professionals. Once the program was over, I walked up to both of them, exchanged pleasantries, and handed out my business card.Several months later, my resume was passed along to a few potential employers, one of whom was Chad Hagwood, the very man I had handed my business card to at the luncheon. He offered me an internship working on a special project, which lasted the duration of my senior year. This was my introduction to the world of commercial real estate, a world that I am as passionate about today as I was on the day I started. This special project turned into a full time job upon graduation.Starting out as a production analyst, I had to grow up quickly due to the volume of deals and the execution our customers expected. I learned that my strengths would lie in executing a process expediently and providing customer service that cannot be rivaled. I remain fiercely dedicated to these core attributes. Whether managing transactions and existing relationships or working with new clients, providing peace of mind through certainty of execution is at the center of my business philosophy.
