I have spent twenty years mastering my craft as a coach, educator, and trainer fascinated by the psychological universe that accompanies performers in their respective domains. Specializing in acceptance-commitment, mindfulness-acceptance-commitment, values-committed action, and resilience, it is my responsibility to help individual performers and teams navigate the complex headspace accompanying meaningful endeavors through tactical application of the best-practices from an evidence-based framework. In working with elite performers from a diverse spectrum of performance domains (Division I athletics, Olympics, Special Warfare, Business and Executives, even culinary arts) my life\'s work is training and coaching performers to metabolize stress in its many forms in support of maximizing the intersection between psychological and physical performance. Blessed with the great fortune of studying and researching domains of resilience and high performance, as well as utilizing evidence-based practices in my work with elite performers, has afforded me the opportunity to understand components of performance and sport psychology like resilience and values-committed action at a theoretical and conceptual level and see them applied in the most challenging and demanding performance domains.
