ABOUT BRANDON ODELL
My background includes over 19 years in consultative sales and marketing development. I have also supported and led multiple team environments both in a corporate and personal volunteer alignment. My current role is supporting ADP’s BPO-HRO Division for mid-market companies as a BPO District Manager. This role includes creating key strategies for our clients with managed Payroll, HR, and Benefits support solutions as well as partnering with our West Coast sales team and leadership on go to market strategy, sales effectiveness, and solution training. My sales team partners in addition to generating new clients opportunities are aligned to our top-tier PE, VC, and Broker firm partners creating strong portfolio relationships in key markets around the country. I also support in a stretch role our training and development strategy/execution for our BPO District Managers across the US market with the sponsorship of our senior BPO-HRO Division leadership. Overall, I’m excited for a new challenge each day with my team, which leads to my foundational goal of creating impact and positive change every day whether in my professional or personal passions.
