   Through the Envision office of the C & MA, I lead the ministries of Envision in the Dominican Republic by partnering with the Alliance national church and leading multiple Dominican and American staff members. We identify and develop missional leaders (both American and Dominican) who innovate, establish, and strengthen communities of faith in key urban environments. We do this through short-term trips, internships, leadership development, and ministry opportunities in the Alliance family.Envsion DR manifests our values in 4 ways. We have developed and deployed 11 long term missionaries through our developmental residency program, as well as many others through our internship and short term team initiatives. Development of national Dominican leaders through teaching in the Bible Institute, providing seminars, serving on national committees and the board of directors. Collaborating with One Child, a child sponsorship program, and 15 national churches, which has provided wholistic development for thousands of impoverished children. Opened a successful coffee shop located next to the Dominican\'s largest university.(UASD) At the coffee shop we teach English, offer educational seminars, serve good coffee and have developed a unique environment where students feel safe, as an opportunity to share the gospel.
