Responsible for all new VoIP technology adopted by Sutter Health. In the planning organization my core responsibilities included presales conversations with vendors, proof of concepts, annual budgeting, validating vendor SOW meet business expectations, PSRA reviews, developing a project team, documentation (design, support, and recovery), configuration standards, design/implement preproduction environment, design/support engineering team’s production environment builds. I was also responsible for developing a POR, certifying software versions for upgrades, and ensuring we have a plan to keep hardware and software lifecycles up to date. My purpose is to ensure not only is my department successful but also the organization is prepared to adopt technology.
