I am a detail oriented and driven property management professional with a background in Affordable Housing. During my tenure as a Maintenance Supervisor I have assisted with many challenges. I have knowledge in Rural Development, Tax Credit, and HUD housing. I enjoy training other maintenance professionals in the area of property maintenance to ensure compliance with company policies, as well as, provide quality housing. I have assisted on multiple inspections including many of HUD\'s REACs where I have lead work parties to repair communities that may not have passed. I have taken over properties that were neglected by prior maintenance staff and completely turned them around. Most recently I oversee maintenance on two communities and have turned over 50+ apartments in last two years bringing them back to livable condition striving for three days or less per turn. I strive for excellence in all task I undertake. During my time in property management I have been able to:~Train multiple maintenance managers.~Increase curb appeal on all properties I manage.~Make return to owner each year by employing smart purchasing practices.~Decrease findings on inspections.~Increase community image.~Minimize risk on all sites I manage. My greatest achievement is recently being nominated by IRM for Rural Development\'s National Honor of Maintenance Supervisor of the Year. I enjoy the property management industry and look forward to growing in my skills.
