I strategize with and advise clients, their companies, and their leadership to lawfully accomplish their business vision and goals in the United States. I leverage my background and experience in litigation, regulations, governance, and administrative law to provide in-depth assessment and analysis of the latest developments in national security and administrative law, the overall American government, the constitutional division of Article I and Article II powers, issues in cyberspace and privacy and how those affect filings with government agencies, and how the current political climate affects business interests, strategy, next steps, and future-proofing. Specifically, my practice in U.S. business immigration law primarily focuses on matters for executives, managers, and the world\'s leading experts in their fields along with filings for the US national interest, treaty-based visas, and other extremely complex and sensitive matters (e.g. the L-1, O-1, TN, E-1/2, and EB-1 categories, along with AOS and citizenship), although I have a wide-range of experience across and immigrant categories including other family-based categories, waivers, and DOL-related processes. I am the principal litigator at the firm. While we prefer to resolve issues without involving courts, when matters escalate, I have successfully pursued lawsuits (particularly through the Administrative Procedure Act) around the U.S. to represent and advocate for clients\' needs. I work with clients across all major fields and industries (including technology and software, cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine-learning or computer vision, medicine and health, machinery, automobile design, art ranging from sculpture to lighting to digital design, athletics, and games), and I provide advice to companies and individuals across the spectrum including small and large businesses, start-ups, non-profits, and religious organizations.
