ABOUT BRANDON MUNOZ

Executive level management professional with significant experience that spans over 2 decades including, but not limited to; delivering midstream as well as downstream power plant support with extensive knowledge of pipelines, pipeline control rooms, SCADA, Control Room Management regulations, and team development/management. Projects completed include developing control narratives after an acquisition, integrating new pipelines into a control room, designing and implementing leak detection systems, designing control room HMI in accordance with API recommendations and managing LaaR schedules/forecasts for optimal position. Background working through control logic schemes to ensure the transitions from local control to remote control centers were seamless as well new/upgrade station control schemes to ensure safe reliable gas supply to power generation. QUALIFICATIONS: o Ability to communicate across organizational silos with various types of people and personalities which has aided in cultivating client relationships, diffusing situations and having positive interactions with colleagues to create better outcomes for commercial, scheduling, SCADA, and pipeline control as a whole. o Thrives in environments that require the capacity to prioritize concurrent projects both calmly and efficiently. o Proficient at utilizing; SCADA – ClearSCADA and Wonderware, Quorum Business Solution – PGAS and QQM, RTU – Roc Link, WinCCU, PCCU32 in addition to other software to manage SCADA, Alarm Management, Radio Communications and server maintenance. o Spent countless hours actively participating with the AGA committee in PHMSA CRM regulations roll out to ensure our concerns were heard and addressed.
