Coming from a background of restaurant management, everyone in the field knows that cleanliness is key. Throughout my tenure as a manager, we loved to use the term \"hospital clean\". Meaning, if you cleaned something, it better be as clean as it would be in a hospital-In 2017, AORN Surveyed 173 clinicians:78%- 48% 66% 114 1-10 : I grew up in northwest Indiana and headed to Indianapolis in 2015. After 3 years working in restaurant management, I met Justin and Zac and started my career with RCS in 2018. Something I have found here is that we live out our core values, and not just say we do. I look forward to continuing our impact not only within the walls of healthcare networks but throughout the communities in which we serve.
