Support contracted MFIP Employment Services Providers including development and implementation of local program policy and philosophy that aligns with both the State’s direction as well as the County’s mission and priorities.• Act as a subject matter expert regarding MFIP Employment Services service delivery, program design/implementation, local procedures, and best practices. Provide coaching for program leaders through robust technical assistance.• Provide program coordination for contracted MFIP Employment Services Provider agencies that support program participants. Facilitate the network of contracted providers via meetings, trainings, and other methods to ensure consistent service delivery across agencies. • Conduct program monitoring and evaluation; training; and reporting and data management.• Bridge contracted providers and various Hennepin County departments who serve the same population, including Economic Supports, Wellbeing, Identity and Account Management, and IT.
