Over the course of my career in construction, I have seen what it really takes to build and grow a company. Most leadership teams are working hard and carrying a significant load. The challenge is usually not effort. It is how the business is structured to operate as it grows. I work with construction company leadership teams to strengthen how the business actually runs. That includes aligning strategy with execution, improving operational and financial performance, and building leadership capacity so the company can scale without becoming dependent on a few individuals. I have worked closely with ownership groups, boards, and executive teams to align how companies are led with how they operate, particularly during periods of growth, transition, and increasing complexity.
