Plan, administer, and execute a comprehensive intramural program including up to 35 unique leagues, tournaments, and contests• Supervise up to 60 student employees which include Intramural Supervisors, Intramural Officials, NRFC Supervisors, and NRFC Assistants• Create, facilitate, and present at Intramural Official’s trainings for volleyball, flag football, basketball, softball, kickball, and soccer• Collaborate with Special Olympics North Carolina to program several Unified Sports leagues and tournaments• Prepare, monitor, and reconcile an annual budget of to plan and execute program and equipment purchases, championship and advertising apparel, student training and meals, and development initiatives• Manage a web-based registration system to register teams/participants, schedule games, and track scores for all intramural games, tournaments, and contests• Conduct continuous student staff meetings for information-sharing, problem-solving, feedback, support, and mentoring• Develop, implement, and revise accurate written records to guide intramural program operations, compliance, guidelines, policies, and procedures• Recruit, interview, hire, train, supervise, develop, and evaluate student staff• Compile and submit monthly and annual reports to assess program participation, facility usage, engagement, utilization, outreach, and student staff recognition• Conduct student evaluations on a semesterly basis to track development, growth, and learning outcomes• Schedule up to 5 synchronous sports on 17 different courts and fields across 3 complexes• Collaborate with Marketing and Outreach team to advertise intramural contests, initiatives, achievements, and highlights• Coordinate with Facility Management to monitor and repair facility spaces, equipment, and grounds• Develop comprehensive risk management and emergency action plan for 3 facilities• Supervise the Northeast Recreational Field Complex space and operational duties
