I’m a Technology Support Specialist and IT Instructor with a passion for helping people solve complex technical problems and grow their IT skills. Over the past few years, I’ve gained hands-on experience providing Level 1 and 2 support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and managing systems like Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Azure Entra ID. I’ve also supported large-scale Windows 10 to 11 migrations and enjoy finding efficient solutions that make technology work better for businesses and individuals.Currently, I serve as an Adjunct Lead Instructor at MyComputerCareer, where I teach CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and Microsoft/AWS cloud fundamentals. Alongside teaching, I consult with companies to improve their IT infrastructure and streamline operations. I hold multiple certifications, including CompTIA A+, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, and Linux Essentials.With an MBA from Liberty University and a background in customer success and business development, I bring a unique balance of technical expertise and business strategy. My goal is to not only resolve IT challenges but also to empower others—whether that’s through direct support, training, or mentoring the next generation of IT professionals.
