I am a Co-Founder and Principal of FOCAL Investments and Advisory, a full-service real estate firm specializing in investments, capital advisory, and development. At FOCAL, I lead the firm’s entitlement and development platform, with a focus on navigating complex zoning and regulatory environments across Southern California. My work is primarily centered on multifamily and commercial projects, including ground-up development, entitlement strategy, and value-add opportunities.Over the course of my career, I have overseen the entitlement and development of approximately 1,700 residential units and square feet of commercial space, representing roughly $700 million in total project value. My experience spans the full development lifecycle, from site acquisition and zoning strategy through public agency coordination, project execution, and deal structuring.Prior to co-founding FOCAL, I served as Vice President at Hawkeye Investments II, LLC and co-founded MB Development Company, where I led development efforts across multiple asset types and jurisdictions. I have extensive experience working directly with city staff, elected officials, consultants, and community stakeholders to advance projects through challenging regulatory processes.
