I am a Workforce Manager at Dish. I am driven by providing the best service possible for my internal and external customers. I take pride in making sure that our Dish customers can get their issues resolved in a timely manner while balancing employee morale. At Dish, I’ve been in operations side being a Retention Supervisor and Operations Manager. I feel more balance now as a Manager having both Operations and Workforce experiences.Before life at Dish, I attended the University of Colorado at Boulder. My areas of focus were Integrative Physiology, Neuroscience and Ecology and Evolution. I also maintained a full-time job being a Manager and Nail Technician at Tip Toe Nails. Outside of the office, I’m committed to education and tutor through an organization I found at the University of Colorado at Boulder called Ethnicity-free student union. We provide free tutoring for anybody and any language that we have mentors for. I am fluent in English, Vietnamese and moderate in Japanese. I am always looking to brush up my language skills over coffee or drinks! We also help newly immigrated families with translation for school registration for themselves or their families. I thrive in rapidly growing, innovative organizations, and I’m passionate about providing customer service for both internal and external customers.
