ABOUT BRANDON MAGIEROWSKI

When I was young, I always wanted to play in the Major Leagues (aka the Big Leagues). From the time I was five years old I was in love with the game of baseball; all the way through my college playing career and even into my coaching career. Now, I\'m in the \'Big Leagues\', it\'s just a different League. Athletics and Business have a lot of similarities - from team building, self-discipline, and daily competition. Within the first few months of leaving college coaching and starting my own business, I realized that I had the ability to build high quality teams and create executable strategies to get an edge on competitors. I never thought of myself as an entrepreneur, I was simply trying to build quality relationships, surround myself with good people, and over-deliver for customers. In an eight-year span I was able to build multiple businesses, provide high-paying job for people, and create financial freedom for myself to pursue one of my passions, Real Estate. In 2016, I set out a goal to buy my first apartment complexes and put myself on a the path to \'financial freedom\'. I reached that goal by purchasing two multi-family properties in less than a year. After buying those properties, I took my experiences in athletics and entrepreneurship to build a real estate team to syndicate large apartment complexes. Today, I have ownership in over 500 units and have raised over $2MM dollars for real estate deals. I achieved this through education, networking, competing, and team building.
