As Director of Development, I lead the Foundation’s Development Department & team and oversee the curation of all revenue generation strategies that sustain and expand Vulcan Park & Museum’s mission. My role encompasses fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship, membership growth, and partnerships with corporations, foundations, and government agencies. My department is also responsible for the over 20 members of the Vulcan Junior Board, guiding their fundraising initiatives and engagement efforts.Key to my work is cultivating relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) individuals, fostering meaningful connections that drive transformational gifts. Drawing upon my finance and banking background, I serve as the architect of Vulcan Park Foundation’s future endowment fund—designed to provide long-term stability and ensure Vulcan remains a symbol of Birmingham’s strength, history, and community pride for generations to come.
