I\'m working on several different initiatives with both internal and external stakeholders to accomplish the following- Create an online billing portal where 3PLs and their customers can view their transportation bills and associated detail to reconcile their payments- Take shipping detail in CSV form and transform it into useful charts and graphics that customers can use to get a better understanding of where their money is being spent- Expose the various shipping data that we have to customers and enable them to create reports based on their specific company KPIs. These reports can be used at the company level or sent to other reporting tools- Take the internal tools/intelligence that has been gathered at iDrive over the last 15 years and build automation around them so that they can be leveraged by more people. The goal of this effort is to help scalability as we grow.
