   Linden Construction, Inc. is a full service commercial construction company based in Charleston, South Carolina. Drawing on more than a decade of experience we successfully provide construction services for a wide range of commercial projects, while delivering competitive pricing, consistent quality, and timely delivery. We strive to build and maintain long term relationships with our clients based upon integrity and providing high quality and value throughout the project. Linden Construction holds an unlimited general contractor license in South Carolina and North Carolina and serves a multitude of clients in class “A” offices, healthcare, retail, finance and industrial markets. We are proficient in constructing new buildings, tenant improvements, and renovations, with the ability to use different project delivery methods (design/build, construction management or traditional bid-build). In addition to construction services, we offer a distinctive project life cycle approach that provides our clients with a realistic business path (utilizing ROIs) to cost effectively design, build, and manage a client’s business and project from a financial point of view. This is done while continuing to ensure quality, cost and functionality.
