The Manager, Human Resources is responsible for overseeing all HR tasks within the primary focuses of the generalized Human Resources scope included, but not limited to onboarding, terminations, employee relations, compensation assignment, and employee engagement. This position will manage a team of HR professionals that will provide full-cycle Human Resources support to energize people initiatives within the organization. • Designs, plans, and implements HR programs and policies for staffing, compensation, benefits, immigration, employee relations, training, and health and safety • Ensures department strategies align with organizational business goals • Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets • Evaluates HR processes and strategies to determine improvements and report findings • Manage, facilitate, and optimize the delivery of consistently exceptional HR services in the areas of on-boarding, employee communications, organizational development, training, performance management, employee relations, and benefits • Provide coaching to management and employees to resolve conflicts, enhance team effectiveness, and ensure support of organizational changes and business plans • Serve as a liaison to management and employees on employee relations, performance management, compensation, staffing, diversity, legal and organizational development issues and enforcement of company policies • Coach and mentor HR employees to enhance performance output and provide progression planning
