ABOUT BRANDON-LEE GREENHAM

Originally Born in England where I grew up and completed my academic years and then moved to the USA where I reside full time working in the Hospitality industry.During my time as a Restaurant Manager, I worked at three new signature restaurants within The Boca Raton Resort & Club, Florida, a luxury destination with over rooms and 17 food and beverage outlets. I have overseen the staff training, budgeting, inventory, quality control, and overall guest satisfaction, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety are being maintained at all times. During my time at the resort an incredible $200 million transformation was taking place. Brand new lodging, F&B outlets and luxury resort amenities were all renovated. Leading to continued growth and development within all of the signature restaurants. As the restaurant manager for the opening of the resorts latest signature restaurant from Major Food Group, The Japanese Bocce Club also saw my skills and responsibilities grow as new SOP\'s had to be created and implemented to a brand new team whilst working to a strict deadline to ensure the restaurant was fully operational to a five star standard in time for the grand opening.Before joining The Boca Raton, I have gained valuable experience and industry leading training within the entertainment division at Walt Disney World, where I have delivered memorable and magical experiences to millions of visitors from around the world whilst maintaining the five key principles of the Disney company. High levels of guest interaction, customer service and problem solving where involved within this role.Prior to Disney I worked as a Food and Beverage Server at Ocean House, which at the time was one of only 11 triple Forbes Five-Star rated hotels in the World, where I have learned the art of Luxury Hospitality and what it truly means to deliver and unforgettable guest experience.I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Event Management & Marketing from The Manchester Metropolitan University in England. During my time there I developed my skills in planning, organizing, and executing events of various sizes and scopes, as well as marketing them effectively. I have also studied economics and economic policy, which have helped me understand the trends and dynamics of the hospitality industry within the modern day.I am passionate about creating exceptional and memorable experiences for guests, as well as leading and empowering teams to deliver excellence. I am always looking for new opportunities to learn, grow, and challenge myself in the luxury hospitality field.
