My career journey has evolved across business development leadership, retained executive search, and entrepreneurship, ultimately leading me to Conexus, where I recently joined as a Managing Director to help expand the East Coast practice. Conexus is a leading player in permanent and interim senior-level search, partnering with the offices of the CFO, CHRO, CPO, and CTO across private equity-backed, venture-backed and Fortune companies, as well as Operating Partners. In this role, I’m excited to partner with exceptional candidates and organizations as they scale their finance, human resources, and technology leadership teams. Prior to Conexus, I built my foundation in business development at Indeed, transitioned into executive search with Resource Management Group, founded Hybrid Partners, and most recently partnered with private equity-backed clients at PierceGray.Outside of work, I’m an avid sports fan, enjoy training in powerlifting, CrossFit, MTB’ing and running. I\'ve been attempting golf for years, love a good glass of bourbon or wine, and most enjoy spending time with my family, dog & friends.
