HR Platform Transformation: Led the rollout of PinPoint.com recruiting platform and branded hiring portal, ensuring both external brand alignment and internal hiring flow redesign. The launch supported the onboarding of several hundred employees during a major acquisition. Project Management Platform: Led the organization-wide rollout of Monday.com, transforming how 15 departments planned, tracked, and collaborated on projects. In just 4 weeks, I consolidated multiple platform instances into one unified workspace, configured custom automations and workflows, and trained an initial group of 50 users.
