I possess experience in project management, demand planning, procurement, operations, logistics, supply planning, sourcing, and have educational background in several other fields of business.Previously I managed the end-to-end supply chain planning for 5 of Panduit\'s top 10 largest customer accounts by collaborating with cross-functional, cross-divisional, and global teams. I ensured SLA expectations were met by understanding unique customer requirements and delivering customized solutions, improving OTS from 86% to 97% since 2016. I Created and implemented new company-wide inventory policies and procedures that improved inventory turns from 2.4 to 3.5 over a 3 year period.I\'m an alumnus of Michigan State University Broad MBA and Missouri State University. I was heavily involved in leadership opportunities and was awarded several distinguished honors such as Fraternity and Sorority Life\'s Outstanding Campus Leadership in 2010 and Outstanding Male Senior in 2011.
