I\'m an Executive Vice President at Lehr Upfitting, leading operations and growth across our platform. My focus is simple: build systems and teams that elevate the entire upfitting industry.I\'ve been in the automotive sector my whole life, starting at 13, painting cars in my dad\'s Charleston shop, eventually running multi-state operations. That journey taught me one thing: great results come from people who feel empowered, trusted, and accountable.After earning a degree in Aeronautics and flying Apache helicopters in the military, I came back to the industry with a clearer understanding of what it takes to lead under pressure and build cohesive teams around a mission.At Lehr, I focus on:• Setting a clear vision and aligning the team around it • Building leadership and mentoring operators who drive excellence • Creating scalable systems that don\'t sacrifice quality • Partnering with shop owners to unlock their potential • Driving the metrics that actually matterLeadership is a service role for me.
