I’m a founder and operator focused on building next-generation freight infrastructure—systems that bring transparency, efficiency, and control to how freight actually moves.Over the past decade, I’ve worked at scale, leading complex programs across logistics, technology, and operations. My experience spans standing up new networks, driving execution across distributed partners, and building the operational frameworks that allow systems to scale reliably.I tend to work at the intersection of physical operations and software—where process, data, and incentives either align or break down. Much of my work has involved identifying inefficiencies that are “accepted as normal,” then redesigning the underlying systems to remove friction rather than patch symptoms.Currently building in stealth.Open to thoughtful conversations with operators, founders, and partners working on meaningful infrastructure and logistics problems at scale.
