Guide and train new clients through the four-step Bevero Onboarding process. Host weekly video calls with new accounts. Ensure our new clients and their staff are well trained. Hold new customers accountable for task completion to meet deadlines. Manage the automated workflow of the onboarding process through our software. Record new training videos when needed. Write new documentation when needed. Update and revise the New Account Training and Onboarding Program as seen fit; suggest new teaching strategies, implement new software, or generally improve the existing program. Work with the Product Manager by providing feedback on new account adoption process. Offer suggestions for improved design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of our software.
