Our team has performed over 500 feasibility consultations and have helped hundreds of ADU projects get built.As a mission-driven California Benefit Corporation, we donate 10% of our earnings to nonprofits helping solve the affordable housing crisis. Due to injuries, that dream did not work out. I found my passion to help others achieve financial freedom in real estate. Some would say I was obsessed & when my father started an ADU company, I was his sales manager. I get to hit a \"home run\" for my clients when I help them achieve the American Dream & secure their financial freedom by adding an ADU on their property.
