Ombudsman is a fantastic place to work. This was my first office job so I did not know what to expect. As I am an apprentice I am still learning the ropes in relation to the office environment. I deal with complaints on a daily basis, sending out correspondence to help them achieve the best outcome.I am due to take calls in the near future but as I am part of the apprentice scheme then I am unable to just yet.I think I have made a fantastic first impression in my five months here at Ombudsman Services, I like to see myself as a hard working individual who thrives towards success for myself, but also for others.
