As a CNA in the Intensive Care Unit, I work directly alongside nurses and physicians to deliver critical, hands on care to patients with serious and often life threatening conditions in an extremely fast paced and high intensity environment. This role has strengthened my ability to think quickly under pressure while expanding my knowledge of advanced medical equipment, including cardiac monitors, oxygen delivery systems, IV pumps, and telemetry units.
