ABOUT BRANDON GIST
My current role of Closing Coordinator in the Field Services Department includes the fully life cycle of all US Bank, Beal Bank, Fannie Mae, and Chase foreclosure properties. I help facilitate a wide range of duties in this role including Title searches, reviewing all closing paperwork for accuracy, and reviewing the settlement statements to ensure a seamless closing for each property. In this role I make sure the properties are up to all state codes in order to be put back in the market and generate generous profit margins. I enjoy all aspects of real estate and am looking to make my way back into the investment side of real estate in both commercial and residential capacities. I have a vast knowledge of the Metro Atlanta market and would like to become a full time realtor eventually ending in a multimillion dollar broker role.
