Currently working as a Community Manager for Blight: Survival. Previously worked as the Community Manager on Jurassic World Primal Ops, Game of Thrones Beyond the Wall, Meet Your Maker and our legacy mobile titles. Responsibilities- Forming mid to long-term social media content strategies and implementing the strategy into a comprehensive content calendar- Creating visually capturing static images, GIFs and video content with Adobe Suite.(Photoshop, Premiere and Rush.)- Writing engaging post copies/captions for social media posts- Generating detailed reports such as: Community sentiment and feedback reports, detailed analysis on posted content, competitive benchmarking reports, etc- Coordinating community events, contests and distributing prizes- Acting as the primary contact between players and the development team- Acting as the advocate of the players in inter-team meetings- Handling player support inquiries- Acting as the main point of contact between our licensing partners for our social media and content initiatives- Influencer management and outreach- In-game and social media moderation- Many other tasks and responsibilities that fall under social media and community management.
