About Brandon Flint

Brandon\'s career at INLINE is a story of growth and adaptability. Starting as a field worker, he steadily progressed through various roles, ultimately becoming a superintendent, project manager, VP of Operations, and now, a Principal/Owner. In his current role as Principal, Brandon is hands-on and actively involved in day-to-day operations, tackling project-specific challenges. His journey at INLINE is a testament to his dedication and the company\'s commitment to nurturing talent. In addition to his primary responsibilities, Brandon leads the Business Development efforts for INLINE, collaborating closely with the marketing team on Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and project interviews. He has extensive experience in the healthcare, K-12 education, higher education, and commercial sectors. Brandon also serves as the Minority Outreach Manager, helping INLINE forge partnerships with Minority, Women, and Emerging Small Business (MWESB) subcontractors on various projects. He has mentored emerging minority subcontractors in the Port of Portland\'s Protégé program for six years. Brandon\'s leadership extends beyond his responsibilities at INLINE. As the incoming President of the Associated General Contractors of Oregon, he commits a significant amount of time to workforce development. His dedication to the industry is evident in his volunteer work, where he actively engages with young people to inspire interest in construction. He serves on advisory committees for local school districts and presents at summer camps and panel discussions, all aimed at supporting workforce development initiatives.
