I create written content for the CMS Innovation Center which develops and tests health care payment and service delivery models to improve patient care, lower costs, and align payment systems to promote patient-centered practices. More succinctly, the Center pilots policies that incentivize high-quality health care as opposed to high-volume health care. I update stakeholders about the Center\'s models via web content, email, social media, fact sheets, press releases, infographics, articles and more. I also help educate the public about value-based care (VBC) by writing plain language definitions of policy terminology and telling stories about how VBC practices impact real patients and providers.
